Ride2Raise is a charity bike ride to raise funds for local non-profit organizations who offer support and services to Cedar Rapids communities. Everyone is invited to enjoy a fun day of riding, live music, and food from local vendors.

Over 100 cyclists set out from NewBo City Market on a 20-mile trek in the first annual Ride2Raise. From rider sponsorships to corporate sponsors, Ride2Raise was able to raise over $10,000 for two outreach programs, Marion Cares and His Hands Free Clinic. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, or donated–you have made all the difference. Join us next year for the second annual Ride2Raise!
R2R Registration
$35 Adult | $20 child < 12
Registered bicycle riders get a t-shirt, goodie bag, and a link to share with friends and family so they can help contribute by sponsoring your ride. Your personal sponsors can donate a flat amount or pledge a dollar amount per mile up to 20 miles.
Volunteer for R2R
Volunteers are needed to set up, clean up, check in, and distribute water at rest stops. Safety team and finish line team members are also needed.

R2R is a charity bike ride with proceeds going to local non-profit organizations who provide support and services to Cedar Rapids individuals, families, and communities. You can contribute to this cause by riding, sponsoring a rider, becoming a corporate sponsor, volunteering, being a vender, or donating. The following non-profit service organizations will be supported by R2R 2021.
His Hands
Since 1992, His Hands Free Clinic honors God by providing medical care for the uninsured and underinsured in our community. Available medical services include medical care, physical therapy, women’s health, mental health, dental care, chiropractic care, and access to specialty care. Ride2Raise funds will help His Hands meet the healthcare needs of our community in a time when it is greatly needed.

Marion Cares
Serving children, families, and our community, Marion Cares helps families with advocacy, connections, and services to meet basic needs and promote equal opportunity for all in Marion. Through the struggles of COVID and the derecho, they have focused their efforts on helping families stay in their homes. Ride2Raise will donate funds so that they can continue supporting families in our community.
