John Seitz

John Seitz


John came to Antioch in 2000. He and his wife Gail have four children. John received a Bachelor of Theology from Ozark Christian College, a Master’s Degree in Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University, and is currently working on a Doctorate in Leadership at Trinity Theological Seminary. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor adventures such as hiking, camping, fishing and sports. John does not consider himself to be a theologian, but simply believes that we find the answers to life’s questions in the Word of God, the Bible.


Jeff Blackford


Jeff joined the Antioch staff in 2012. He and his wife, Robin, have three boys, Keaton, Kade, and Seth. Jeff has undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. He also earned his Masters Degree in Leadership from Lincoln Christian University. In his free time Jeff enjoys following his kids activities, attending sporting events, running, and spending time in the outdoors with his family.

Mark McCoy


Mark graduated from Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor of Theology, New Testament Major and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling. Mark and his wife, Erica, have five children, Micaiah, Judah, Josiah, Kate and Jesse. Mark’s passion is to see Christ developed in people and to use his energy to help them BE the church!


Chris Thomas


Chris hails from the state of West Virginia. After spending over eight years in youth ministry and over four years as a Chaplain for hospice care, Chris joined Antioch’s staff in August 2016.
He has been married to the first love of his life, Abby, for over 11 years and has been a father to the second love of his life, Emerson, for over 3 years. He earned a BS in Preaching and Bible from Kentucky Christian University and was awarded an MA in Theology from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
Chris enjoys a nice cup of tea, being on time for everything, playing basketball or poring over a crossword puzzle. He also spends a tremendous amount of time in the kitchen cooking and in antique stores trying to score a rare find.
His mission here at Antioch is to help people become connected with an awesome church, encounter Jesus in a life-changing way, and forge a legacy of love and faith in their lives.


Luke McCoy


After graduating from Ozark Christian College and interning at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky, Luke and his wife Audrey moved to Marion in 2006. They have four children—Corban, Abigail, Moriah and Eden. Luke received his Master of Arts degree in Worship Studies from Lincoln Christian University in 2013. Luke enjoys playing his guitar, hunting, fishing, camping, playing with his kids and spending time with Audrey. Luke feels his mission would be complete if he could inspire people to live lives of worship!


Evan Osgood


Evan joined the Antioch staff in 2014. He and his wife Katie have two boys, Jedidiah and Kayden. Evan has a undergraduate degree in Biblical Literature with emphasis in youth ministry and family ministry from Ozark Christian College. He is also currently working on his Masters Degree in youth ministry. Evan has been serving in youth ministry for over 15 years. In his free time Evan enjoys hanging with his family, hunting, running, cycling, and anything outdoors.


Hannah Seitz


Hannah grew up at Antioch, graduated from Ozark Christian College with a degree in Family Ministry, and joined Antioch’s staff in August 2017. She is excited to be a part of this incredible team, is passionate about working with students, and is excited to get to know yours!


Fran Guillaume


Fran joined the staff in May of 2014 after serving in a volunteer role for 3yrs. He has been working with live stage productions for over 35 years and is impassioned that God has given him the opportunity to use that experience to support the ministries of Antioch in the form of technical arts. Fran has been married to his wife Cherie for over 30 years and they have four children Nathan (& wife Mickena), Parker, Chloe, and Noah and one grandchild Evelyn. Fran and his wife Cherie also own the Skillet Cafe restaurant in Mount Vernon which Cherie now operates. In his spare time he loves to still cook!


Dolly Brown


Dolly joined the Antioch office team in September 2008. She and her husband, Nate, have two married sons, Sam (wife Winnie), in New Jersey, and Jake (wife Winnie) in Green Bay. Jake has three sons, Ben, Aaron, and Colby, and, a daughter, Abby. Since the youngsters live in Green Bay, there is a lot of missing the “grands” at their home. But their standard poodle, Lucy, and two cats, Mouse & Howie, help keep the home front full of activity when the grands aren’t around. Dolly and Nate are both Master Gardeners and miss their large hosta collection since moving to a condo. Dolly enjoys sitting on a mountain top soaking in God’s wonder, reading, traveling, working on projects, and being with family and friends.


Kim Miller


Kim has been Pastor John’s Administrative Assistant since April of 2001. She has lived in the Cedar Rapids area most of her life. Kim and her husband, Bob, are members of Antioch and have two adult sons, Gabe and Nick (wife Aubree), and a cat named Sage. She enjoys traveling, camping, outdoor activities, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.


Tom grew up in Westerville, Ohio and joined the Air Force after high school. He later moved to Iowa and met his wife, Margaret. They started attending Antioch in 1984. Tom and Margaret have two grown children, Dean and Kathleen, and are also proud grandparents. Tom likes to build automobiles and is a fan of NASCAR and drag racing. He also enjoys fishing (especially in Canada), hunting, and studying the Bible.
Joel was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa and moved to Marion in 1986. He and his family started attending Antioch in that year. He and his wife, Luann, have two sons, Curtis and Kyle. Joel graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in 1985 and Mt. Mercy College in 1989. When not working, he enjoys spending time with the family, camping, boating and hunting.
